This detailed model train layout depicts a day in the life of Muddleton Village’s citizens. We see the train tracks running around the city, giving us a glimpse of its beautiful scenery. There is a lake, a campsite, a row of stores, and more.
To add to the scenery, there are also hills and trees, and a background of a clear blue sky with fluffy white clouds. The first photo shows a view of the lake. Further down, you’ll find more close up shots of scenes around the village, giving you a sense of how unique each section is.
Life in the Muddleton Village Model Railroad
This section of the layout is buzzing with activity. There are kids swimming in a lake, a man who has just set up his tents, people lazing around on beach towels, and sheep grazing in the grass. Overlooking all this is one end of a steel bridge.
Two Buildings in Muddleton Village
A salmon pink house with a smoky chimney and a brown-and-green establishment gives us more insight into life in Muddleton Village. Various vehicles drive along the roads that are flanked by trees.
A Campsite on the Model Railroad
Two boys light a fire for their campsite while their father watches. From here, it is easy to see how richly detailed the model railroad is. Not only are figurines engaged in activities so specific, but the views of its diverse flora also help in giving the whole layout that added realism.
The Bustling Streets of Muddleton Village
On the other side of the layout, there are more buildings. Three grey establishments with storefronts line the streets with people coming in and out of them. Beside the road runs the train tracks, and in the distance is the steel bridge.
Model Train Tracks and Red Double Decker Busses
The variety of vehicles included in this model railroad makes the city seem vibrant and full of life. Aside from cars of different makes and models, there are also red double decker busses. To the left, citizens line up to get on the bus.
The Brace of the Model Train Track Bridge
This is what the bridge looked like before it was finished. Plastic girders and tubing make up the top section of the bridge. They’re held together with bobby pins and servo holding screws.

Model Tracks Under the Brace of the Bridge
From this angle, you can notice quite clearly how spacious the brace is for the model train to pass through. You can also see how the girders and tubings support each other so that it doesn’t topple.

Even without the tubings of the brace, the girders can hold itself up easily. However, it’s important that this part of the bridge holds steady for smooth operating of the entire model railroad.
