European Train Enthusiasts display at the Tracy Historical Museum.
The model trains of for display include diesel and electric trains used in Europe. The trains are running on 70 feet of track and contain steam engines within them.
The size of the model railroads is 1/8th of the size of a real locomotive. The layout contains 8 modular sections that are five feet long and the most interesting thing is that each of the sections is owned by various mode railroad club members. Each owner has their own section of scenery to indulge the European countryside and scenery in within the railroad.
One very interesting fact is that the European Train Enthusiastic display contains an overhead power line that supplies power to some of the model railroads.
